These terms apply when you add Hugo ("the bot") to a Discord server or use its commands, buttons or web dashboard. By doing so you agree to them. If you don't agree, please remove Hugo from your server.
/bugreport instead.Music is streamed from third-party services (such as YouTube) on request. You are responsible for what you play. Music features may stop working or be removed at any time, including if a provider changes its rules.
AI chat, roasts, ticket summaries and AI moderation are generated by a third-party AI model. AI output can be wrong, unexpected or offensive despite safeguards. Don't rely on it for important decisions. Roasts are meant as friendly fun.
Coins, levels, shop items and giveaway prizes inside Hugo have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money. Prizes in giveaways are provided by the server running the giveaway, not by Hugo.
Hugo is provided free, "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may have downtime, lose data, or change or remove features at any time. We may stop providing Hugo to any server or user that breaks these terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators of Hugo are not liable for any damages arising from using or not being able to use the bot, including actions it takes in your server based on your configuration.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Hugo after an update means you accept the new terms.
